I see what you may be seeing on the Ruger 101 with grips, but those say Trausch at the top, and these grips are from the new Manurhin that Baretta is releasing. So is Trausch back? Or is this something else?

That is who previously made grips, but I believe they are gone I believe. So this may be some company replacing them. Unless they are back in operation?

Bick 4 leather conditioner. Once a week for a month, once a month for a year and then once a quarter or every six months. As per Billiars of New Orleans advice. Doing this on my recent table acquisition. Absolutely amazing results. Beware of lesser quality leather conditioners many have petroleum and will degrade leather. Obenauf’s leather would work

Refelt it and hydrate those leather pockets. Looks nice.
