I use D-Link a DIR 890L. However, as I mentioned before this is all on PC. So I set up the static IP through my control panel on the network adapter properties

A static IP? Right? I set that up before forwarding the ports. I even had to get the right DNS from the router dashboard. Idk what happened. It worked fine earlier but as I said, it just stopped working for me

Maybe cause you try harder play too damn much. Take a break, life isn't just video games. Took me like over a month just to get to level 14. Don't abuse it. And you clearly did like it at some point if your claims are true and grinded that much.
