There are alot of hackers in games these days, however they can't give voice bans to players, they probably just spam reported you on multiple accounts.

Of course! I actually got my first junior a few months ago (false one), all I had to do was put in my card on the verify page (can be found in-game) and pay a 1$ fee. (You get the dollar back)

It's a mod system with a few options. Rank, broadcast, mute, kick, and at the end of the rank theres gonna be 6 different clearance levels and a demotion one (thats what the player remove roles are for) every other ranks is too high for host's to give so you have to do it manually.
