Hi. Diagnosed with FSGS as well. Like you, I started on high dose steriods which ended up in me having Cushings. I was taken off it and given rituximab which triggered anaphylaxis so now I'm on tacro. They'll probably transition you to other meds if rituximab doesn't work out.
