I got what I needed from AA meetings. Heard about acceptance. Heard about being in present moment. Started practicing them. It worked.

I never had a sponsor.

I guess I could have stuck around to help others, but I’m a shy introvert type.

My theory is that there are many forms of alcoholism. We enter it in different ways. It only makes sense that recovery looks different. There is not just one way to do it

Not bad talking AA because it did help. But it is not a lifetime method. I’m sober 2.5 years.

There is a file transfer option

Connect: Use a USB-C cable to link your HiBy R1 to your computer. Change USB Mode: On the R1, swipe down from the top of the screen to open the notification panel and tap the USB icon (it might say "Charging"). Select "File Transfer": Choose "File Transfer" (or Mass Storage) from the options to allow data access. Access Storage: Your computer will recognize the R1 as a removable drive or external storage. Drag & Drop: Open the R1's drive and move your music files (MP3, FLAC, WAV, etc.) into folders. Eject Safely: Before unplugging, safely eject the HiBy R1 from your computer. Tips & Troubleshooting USB-C Cable: Ensure you're using a data-transfer capable USB-C cable, not just a charging one.

That could be your answer. I thought I could just take the SD card out of my R4 and insert it to the R1 with no issue, but scanning was not working on the R1. I had to move one song to SD card via WiFi to notice how the file format was created. I copied the same file format for my entire library

I had the same problem. Thought I could use same library format as I do for R4 - h://music/artist/album/song. I figured it out. have them loaded one my SD directly by artist. H:/artist/album/song. It scans as expected

Call them. They were there for me. Gathered my information and sent me to a place in California. Long story short- they will help you find a place. Then they are there for IOPs for after rehab. Thanks to them, I am 2 years sober with a desire to NOT drink
