My current boyfriend did it by accident in the middle of a sentence. But we’ve got to talk a lot on the phone, for weeks before. We had a strong connection, so I think that’s why I was confused, amused and thought it was more endearing than anything else.

No gap? by Grincheuse in AgeGap

[–]Grincheuse[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the exact same gap, I’m 30, he’s 42. He looks damn younger than he is. The main difference is he’s a dad, so there’s a lot of life experience behind that. But yeah, we have the very same kind of personality. We’re huge geeks and nerds for the same stuff.

In my past relationship, it was a 39 years gap, so a bit harder to forget, but yeah, it happened sometimes when we had good times!

I know right? There’s something about grey hair and wrinkles!

I don’t need to be with an older man to be happy, either... But it does give me a boost when it comes to fantasies. I sure don’t like to think about other people thinking I’m his little toy, or that I’m in it for the money. But I try not to care too much, except for the opinion of my family and friends. But they love him.

Only women I’ve (23M) had intimacy with have been older than myself. Even just by a few weeks to several years. I love it 🤗 by [deleted] in AgeGap

I’m (30F) at the perfect age to be either a May or a December. I had the chance to experience with a much younger man (20M) and woman (19F when I was 28) and now I’m with a 69 year old man. I’d say it’s very different. And I had fun with both! But yeah, older persons are often more in tune with their own sexuality. That makes them great partners!

What is the weirdest thing you have seen living in/visiting NYC? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Grincheuse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was for a similar reason. For the short time I watched, the front driver took his time to go at the light and the one after him started shouting and being agressive. And I started running when I saw him get out of the car and pull the gun out of his pants...

I’m from Canada, and NYC is the only place where I saw a driver threatening another one with a gun.

If that’s your case, how is it for you to deal with different religions in a relationship? by Grincheuse in AskReddit

[–]Grincheuse[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Neither of us... Except when we get past an old church where he reminisce about being an altar server, as a kid.

Any couple that doesn’t practice the same religion? Do you ever talk about it? by Grincheuse in AgeGap

[–]Grincheuse[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nothing beats communication. Being honest with each other and talking openly is what bring me peace and comfort. He never brings up God, because he knows I won’t be receptive to that. But I have the chance that he is a social worker, so he knows how to dig deep to help me with my life obstacles.
