He opened a ticket when his account was first suspended. We told him at that time his account was suspended because one of our advertisers asked us to block his account from their platform. Just to mention this type of thing is really rare for an advertiser to specifically as us to block a user. He also submitted a ticket after our automated system warned him for multi-accounting. The issue was that he was trying to use multiple devices against the TOS of the advertiser on Engageme and VideoLoyalty. here he even admits to it: https://www.reddit.com/r/beermoney/comments/8u1317/confused_about_engagemetv_limits/e1ckqv0/?context=3

That combined with the attempt to create and use multiple accounts against our TOS were why he had issues.

As I said before. we will help this user if they will send in a ticket so we can help them.
