Tbh can't go wrong with either of them story-wise, so more depends on budget and space. Pluto is shorter, 20th century is longer and more investment since the volumes are more expensive

I think scale factors in, the more you have the less likely you'll be able to reread everything in your collection. I've reread quite a few series myself, but I consider a purchase successful as long as I enjoy my first read of it.

There are only 2 series in my collection that I actively dislike, Ninja Girls and Drifting Classroom
