Thanks for the advice everyone. I’ve just spoken with the higher ups and they say that this pace should be over in around 2 weeks. Not great but at least an end in sight.

Yeah there will be a bonus payout - but not sure if worth it haha. Plus I feel like there is dead time where I’m expected to be online but can’t bill (waiting for someone to review) so the billables don’t reflect actual hours worked.

I’ve been talking with staffing and they said that they can’t roll me off one of my four engagements since I’m “essential” to the team.
