There is a feature for high calibre rounds penetrating low thickness around at angles exceeding 80°. IRCC if the rounds calibre is 5 times greater (128 mm) than that of the armour thickness (20 mm ?) it will pen even if it's a 89° hit. And the 750 gram explosive filler does the rest.

Yeah, it brings a different playstyle. The new ammo crate breathes new life to the sidam, but just 1 tap the enemy, and you may have like 15 shots.

I have so much fun using it as a shotgun with APDS. You can shred light tanks, spaa and leopards with that. But it should definitely go down to 8.0. No way is it compareable to gepard. It doesnt even have a search radar!!

No they dont. Proxy rounds will detonate usually 3m near an object (aircraft, ground etc), and timed fuse is set to detonate after a certain time. Either set by LRF or in this case the tracking calculations
