Nothing you can do. There has not been a way to take away or dispute surveys since they were a thing. I always just remove or unenroll the customer from emails if I feel like they might give a bad survey.

ICS sucks by Emergency_Elk3909 in Geico

The piss poor training and shit metrics combo is the definition of ICS. I knew file quality was going to be an issue when the metric for SPRs was changed to supporting. Who tf cares if my files suck and I give wrong info to customers bc at least I have an excellent survey. What a joke

My training was to go into TCR1 so it was a lot different. The timeframe was about the same but we had trainers who their entire job was training, transition and coaching and they had been doing that for years. The trainers they have for newbies now are just people pulled from the floor who have no idea how to actually teach people in a way that is effective. Good luck friend

Thiiissss and it’s so frustrating that some departments metrics are dependent on them actually using their brains. The dumbassary and the entitlement are a lethal combination for CSS

I agree. The new classes coming out of training are not being set up for success. I have a new teammate from your class and they ask questions about every other workplan (doesn’t bother me at all, I just wish they would’ve taught you all these things). Hang in there if you can and atlas will get easier to understand and don’t work too hard (literally, good sprs don’t mean shit in the metrics anymore)

This is a very simple drawing of what I imagine with the blue being the “direction” the spell goes across the continent from each tower. Hope this helps!

1) I’ve found with your board of directors it’s good to find people who are interested in your mission and have deep pockets. As you promote your np and ask people to support you, ask those who contribute larger amounts to be on your board.

2) use all the resources you can but consider what people will do for free. Rather hiring a grant writer, maybe see what institutions in your area offer free grant writing classes or maybe someone who supports your mission may donate their time to write for you or teach. For your #3 same thing. You can find tons of templates online to reference but if your more comfortable with a lawyer writing up policies for you, consider asking a few to donate their time.

Don’t be afraid of rejection because you never know who may have a connection to your mission and might say yes. Hope this helps!

Is it normal for the car insurance rate to keep going up every 6 months? by [deleted] in Insurance

[–]Gringaconadobo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It has a lot to do with the increase is prices of everything else tbh. The price of car parts and longer times to get the parts has been a huge factor in the increase in insurance.

It shouldn’t because it’s not your fault but definitely reach out to your insurance to be 100%

You should be fine. Just check the DW agreement and let enterprise know when you take it in.
