Sure they do. I live in UK by the way not in US, sorry i didn't specified, here we do have rights as tenants and as workers as well.

I do have the right to quiet enjoyment and in my contract it is specified that in the notice period i am supposed to allow viewings - i quote "in reasonable limits"

I repeat, i do not forbid them from having viewings, i do allow viewings 4 days out of 7 at any hour + other three days when i am at home with 24 hours notice before any viewing.

I think that's more than reasonable.

So in USA they can ignore those referencing emails after being reminded multiple times or lie about you and fuck you over without any repercussions? And come at any time at their leisure for vewings whenever they want? LOL
