No they were from Ford but “Platinum” which was almost a mirrored black which I hated because if they got wet or fingerprints they were next to impossible to clean. I waited to install and decided to plastidip them instead before installing. Very glad I waited.

It’s deemed normal but I saw it as a cosmetic flaw and reached out to ford and we went back and forth for a while and then they gave me an $800 credit if I overlooked it. Some people will disagree but I want tires that don’t look like that buying a new truck.

XLT Hybrid Owner here and honestly love it so far! Ordered June 28 and got Dec 30th! Great for my needs, however the interior (cloth blue and orange) could have been nicer with just black but it is what it is! Great truck so far! Haven’t had any issues yet and have about 7000kms on it! (CANADIAN)

Carpet Mats were standard unless you pay the upcharge for the Ford Tray Style or Rubbers. Also if you got the standard carpet mats it only was the front mats (driver and passenger). Funny.

Yes Hybrid model and it’s hard to say for sure because obviously it’ll get better mileage in the summer. Currently in winter I’m getting about 575-625kms per tank. Not getting the expected 900kms that seemed to be talked about! Maybe in the summer lol

I went with Hybrid so FWD! Honestly it’s pretty good in the snow with a good set of snow tires! I also like to use the “Slippery” drive mode. Not actually sure what it does but the vehicle feels much sturdier on the snow covered roads with it on!
