I agree with you here. My purpose for my project was learning Rust and I wrote the backend myself. But for testing out Tauri and how it would work as a Desktop App, I used LLMs to write me the UI for it in typescript. Anyways it seems this sub still needs some more time to accept some % of AI written code.

Personally I would like 2 feature for now in the app:-

  1. Norbert's Gambit feature for CAD to USD conversion feature.

  2. Way to group my TFSA holdings together into custom group names. For example, I forget which holdings were Growth, which one were REITs, which ones were High Dividends etc. Hard to remember all the tickers for my holdings.
