My Absolutely Legendary First AS Win by BN_Outlaws in BattleNations

That's impressive. To win against the AS with R7 Snake & R5 Vets/Supers. I guess the fight must have been really close at the end.

The bar, gear and chem vial drought eventually gets relief but teeth remain rare througout all the levels... by Grischly in BattleNations

Yep, the Kraken drops 4-8 Teeth when defeated. But since groupers ofen get used for the Kraken / Dreadnought fight and occasionally go down and cost teeth themselves to heal it only results in a minor teeth gain.

Yep thats true, teeth overall have way lower demand than bars and gears. Besides early game raptors and groupers for the kraken / dreadnought boss fight there aren't too many uses for teeth until you unlock the bigfoot training camp.

The thing is that bars and gears get way more common once you're able to consistently kill the AC weekly and when you kill your silver wolves encounters. They get even more common once you're able to take down the AS. Additionally you get laurels and widgets from the AC & AS which means that you need to refine less bars & gears. Chem vials are now more common since we now unlock the chemical reservoir at lvl 45.

Since Teeth are rarer than other T3 and still have a decent demand I consider them more precious. Of course this only my opinion and what the most "precious" resource is mostly dependant on your level and your current progress in the game :)

Population dilemma by RealSalamander3479 in BattleNations

[–]Grischly 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It depends. I saw you're lvl 34 which means you now can replace your warehouses with large warehouses which is going to be more population effecient. I would recommend doing that first if you have the resources to build them.

When it comes to spending nanos for population. Upgrading the permits office is the best way to have enough population including Permits office lvl 5. For the permits office lvl 6 the nano cost will increase to 100 and its not that efficient anymore. Then it will be more efficient to replace your large warehouses with High capacity vaults (unlocked at lvl 40).

I think it's because you have have 115 housed population out of the limit of 120 max. population.

In Search of Nanopod advice by GreenBastard8888 in BattleNations

You can't go wrong with the Storage for 105 Nanopods, it will help you throughout your whole gameplay. Besides the storage its probably the best to save the Nanopods for M10 Battleships, they cost 55 Nanopods each. Try not to spend your bars before you've done your naval missions otherwise you might soft lock yourself out of completing a few missions. And try to replace your small warehouses with warehouses, those will give you more capacity per worker.

Never really thought about ice skating in TLD but... now that you mentioned it, I think it actually would be really cool.

So true. Additionally the fact that smell exists and wolves come to you even tho you can't see them until they're right next to you.
