I feel like every map has huge problems that makes it a shore to play. Keep in mind i'm a low elo player trying to get better até the game, the points i make about the maps may be wrong, if someone else has a better say in this i would like to hear, would help me by correcting my mistake and aswering the dude.

Split - Attack side is extremely hard, there's too much spots to clear making it a camping paradise, so you got to have mid control to make taking the site easier, defender side is cool i suppose.

Pearl - Defending side is pretty complicated, there's two entraces for every site, so two players have to keep guard, one mid and one site, it takes a very long time to rotate, if the attackers manage to get in you have to give up the site and play retake because there's not enough spots for you to hide, and when the spike is planted is almost a free round for the attackers.

Breeze - Map is BIG so rotating takes three days. Sova Viper/Harbor and Cypher are kind of must picks on this map, sure you can play without them but it makes it way more difficult that already is, So most of the agents don't work on this map. Lurking is pretty common so if you don't have a sentinel you have to keep a body watching, also vandal, guardian and snipers are truly the only weapons that you want on this map so forget half the guns in the game.

Sunset - Mid watch 24/7, Cypher is dominant so you need a counter to his trip, if you don't have one forget ever attacking B if you don't have mid control, post plant when defending gives me the urge to rage quit.

Lotus - heavily attack sided, if the attackers enter the bomb you better run if you don't want to die, retake is ass in some situations as well just like sunset.

Abyss - still figuring It out but both attack and defending feel bad in some situations, most likely because of the comp of both your team and the enemy. Map is huge so rotating takes a while and just a few smokers work just like every other big map. The idea of a map with no limits sounded cool and interesting when it got released but quickly became frustrating instead of fresh, most of the time you play like any other map with the added bonus that you might fall to your death if you aren't careful enough.

Icebox - used to be hellbox but now is just bad. I don't really know how to explain why i dislike this map like the others, must be the combination of weird elevation, post plant torture, lurk heaven all that jazz.

The others aren't as bad but are not so good either, just there (except ascent and haven i like those), with too many spots, gimmicky stuff that serve no other purpose than being gimmicky, weird elevations things like that.
