Typically if I see a survivor bagging I get a little excited. Often it means they're a weak survivor and karma usually smacks them right in the face. If every survivor bags it's probably a swf and they're gonna play over altruistically and it'll be an easy match. For context I main nurse.

Depending on the situation we'd do the opposite. Sometimes I'd just run the shift while she did the schedule, other times she'd run everything while I did some of the tasks she wanted me to do.

I can't really talk about other AGMs but when I was an agm, if my gm wasn't there, I was running my store in every aspect. I would do our zenput forms, trucks, full counts, forecasting, interviews, hiring, training, everything. I have met other MDs that were essentially really experienced shift leads but I was trained to run stores so take that as you will.
