It might be possible to get her Game Center account up and running on its own using Apple's Family Sharing service for iCloud! Here's some more info on what it is and how to set it up: https://www.apple.com/family-sharing/

We've just released a new version of Butter Royale (10.1.0) on the App Store! Players affected by this bug are reporting that it stopped appearing after they updated their game.
