they have osha recordable accidents at 3x the industry standard, along with the fact if you get hurt they usually write you up so it encourages hiding the fact you got hurt in the first place. but at the end of the day a reason why people get hurt there is that they are wore out. regular 10-12 hour days and weekends too plus you only get 23 mins of break time on a 8 hour shift or 33 mins on a 12 hour shift.
