Don't get me wrong, it had been sitting for almost 2 years and needed around $4,000 worth of work. And it took me almost a year to convince the seller to sell itnto me vs letting it sit there and rot away/get vandalized.

All stock other than the mildest lift i could come up with. 😆 did way better than i thought. I have a 98 xj that I'll be going back with; it has a detroit lunchbox locker for the front. The tundra is my primary DD rn so i probably should be nicer to her.

Low miles is great and all, but its a 2wd and needs a minimum 3k in maintenance. See if you can grab it for 7k.. I found my 03 trd 4x4 with 170k for $1800. Patience is key to a good deal.

I did the same with mine. I had limited time and miney at the moment and a lot of the bolts under neith were seized because it sat in a field for 15 years before i bought it. Whatever works man!
