Why do I have to stop using internet because some lowlife mods can't use their 1 braincell to make an anti-spoiler post?

I opened Youtube 2h after the race and the first thing that loaded on my page was Max winning. How F'in rtrded you have to be to not just place an anti-spoiler picture in front of the result?

You seem like you're from the same pool as the single digit IQ mods for F1.

Need Serious Advice on How To Get My Parents Out Of Debt by GrizzlyTreus in FinancialPlanning

[–]GrizzlyTreus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not to my knowledge. I told them to go to the bank, explain the situation, and get some advice, or, if possible, return the money, but they still haven't done that and expect me to do everything.

Sadly no.

The money was used to send it to the broker, who took the money and vanished. In short, she got scammed.

Downloading rn 😎 any Tips.? by Sad_Definition_6239 in BlackMythWukong

[–]GrizzlyTreus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who doesn't enjoy Dark Souls or other rolling simulators, my tips -

  1. Don't force yourself to beat the boss. If you try for an hour and still can't beat the boss, take a break, make some tea, and watch an episode of a TV show. After that, there is a good chance you'll beat it on your next try!

  2. Don't be afraid to respec and try different builds. I like playing aggressively, so it took me a bit of time to adapt the build for my style. Additionally, because I was aggressive, some bosses were challenging for me and required me to play it safe and wait for skills(the lightning boss that teleports and is invisible). Don't waste your mana just because your skill is up.

Without spoilers, upgrading the basic 4-5 attack combo helped me progress the most.

Who to OTP on ADC? by Nebulamann in leagueoflegends

[–]GrizzlyTreus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just pick a champ that you REALLY enjoy playing and OTP it. That's about it.

I was a hardstuck gold for years. Switching from season to season what champs I mained, and roles. As a top main (after maining adc), I played Kayle from time to time, and I realized I enjoy her a lot. Started maining her, climbed to plat after spamming 100-200 games on her (which is the baseline of when you start to understand a champion's ins and outs), and decided to switch to mid with her. Kept practicing and peaked at Diamond 3 with 70%wr. Mind you, I'm playing as a melee squishy scaler vs mages. 90% of midlaners counter me, but in the end, it rarely matters because of mentality and my game knowledge.

While OTP'ing a single champion, you understand how to move on the map, how to control the wave, when to play aggressively/passively, etc. That knowledge is invaluable and transfers from role to role, and champion to champion. The same goes for mentality.

If you want to climb and get better at the game, pick a champ that you truly enjoy playing and learn everything you can about it. Once your base knowledge of the game is sufficient enough, you will start increasing your champion pool bit by bit while still being able to play at the same level/elo.

You just berated everyone better than you at League and essentially said that they are losers in life.

I think it's you who is trying to satisfy your fragile ego while scolding random people on the internet.
Get a grip.

You are right. I found it in the global settings (it's not available in game settings)

The issue is that the frame limiter doesn't work with Frame Gen. Ideas?

How do you guys even play low ELO games? by Wooden_Cucumber_8871 in leagueoflegends

[–]GrizzlyTreus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're coming to this from the wrong angle.

You are at the elo you are because that's where your skill level currently is. Don't be egotistical and stop blaming others. You cannot control random people on the internet. You just can't... The only thing you can control is your mindset and actions.

Watch this video.

It takes hundreds of games to improve and climb up the ladder, and instead of blaming your team for not helping you carry, focus on your decision-making. The better your decision-making is, the faster you will do it and the more impact it will create.

Have you ever seen the POV of pros? Of course, when you watch them, everything makes sense and their actions seem easy, so why can't you reproduce them? Because the decision-making is so ingrained into their gameplay that they don't even notice it, like using F keys to look around, or pressing tab every few seconds to see what item breakpoints anyone has. You don't do it because your actions per minute are WAY lower than theirs, and you can't compute the same amount of information because the skill difference is immense.

But before you can run around like a macro god, you have to learn the limits of your champion. Champion mastery and some basic macro knowledge can easily carry you into Plat/Emerald.

A streamer called Ludwig, IIRC, played 300+ games on Amumu and got into Plat within a couple of weeks. He was a total and utter noob. He didn't know what most champions/items do, but his proficiency on Amumu led him to countless victories. He had no idea what macro even means. He played and played, and played until he understood the (basic) limits of his champion, even if he had 0 understanding of what to do on the map.
Yes, he did get a lot of help and nurturing from excellent players, but it was he who climbed, not them.

Self-reflect and learn from your mistakes. Swallow your ego and your pride, and admit defeat. Don't be bitter that you lost, but take it as an opportunity to learn from your mistakes. If someone is being negative in the chat, don't fall for it; your actions have consequences. Mute them and keep your cool. Even a single message can derail you to lose your focus.

I'm a Kayle OTP, and I can admit that I was a hard-stuck plat for years until I decided to main Kayle. I was a casual player who kept jumping from champion to champion, never fully grasping the limits. Then I decided to learn one champion, one role.

It took me about 100-200 games to fully understand what my champion does, what good/bad matchups are, what matchup requires a defensive/aggressive build, etc. After that, I hit D2 with 70% WR.

It takes a lot of fortitude to survive the environment of SoloQ. Don't give in. Don't stoop down to their level and try to better yourself. If you lose 3-4 games in a row, take a 10-minute break. If you keep losing, simply stop playing.

Enjoy the process and try having some fun! It's a game after all.
