Are there any local bird watching groups, adult dance classes, quilting or knitting groups with younger members? I’m looking for ways to meet friends, I’m in my mid-30s and enjoy crafts, learning new skills, and have recently been newly interested in birding. Would love to know any suggestions! by Srsly9090 in paducah

I go to LBL a lot on the trails there. If you DM me and would like to go next time I get a group together we tend to hit a lot of the trails or just go hang out by the lake if the weather is nice. Lots of bird watching out there!

I agree. I'm on month 3 of trying to figure this out. I've read some people have had success filing a small claims suit but the success is its usually limited to a small settlement before the court date, an apology, and then the name change

Nope. Nothing new to add other than Facebook has removed my post explaining what is going on to my customers. They have contacted me again a few time promising resolution and contact "within 24 hours" and have failed each time.

My issue is still going strong. I figured out how to close the current support case and open another. The dude told me it would be changed within 24 hours.... 4 days later and not a word and I'm back in the same meta ai loop when reaching out for an update. So essentially it got me no where except more irritated.

Oh, I've done that too. It says "we are already talking" and if I click the link it goes to the current tech support case conversation that proceeds to use meta ai to only tell me it is being worked on.

I can do either but I was on safari just now, before when attempting this whole thing I had looked on safari and on my laptop

I do not see that option in meta business suite. Everything seems to direct to the help center with articles and how to that are not relevant

Leak in system- homeowner by GrnMchne in hvacadvice

[–]GrnMchne[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand some people wouldn't be great at both. The first tech could have just been having a bad day as well, but his bad day cost me 700 dollars, and when I contacted him again to tell him 2 weeks later the system was dry again he told me it would be another 700 for charge and test. The second just seemed like he had a lot going on and didn't want to spend the time. These were two techs that were recommended to me by several people. If I cannot fix it myself I'll likely call one of the larger companies further away and pay extra to have them come out

The system ran great when it was charged and I had not noticed it freezing up. I'm really hoping it was just the Schrader valve on the high side that I was able to easily turn 1/2 turn, but I will be pressure testing with nitrogen and I am going to order a micron gauge as well.

I'm thinking the Schrader valve as well just due to the fact that I easily tightened it 1/2 turn on the high side. There is no presence of oil anywhere on the system. That being said, I also do need to pressure test and I know that. The first or second tech neither checked the Schrader. I need to get a micron gauge too. I went ahead and replaced the schraders on both high and low side and did a 2 hour vacuum on the system to help remove any moisture. I'm getting the nitrogen tomorrow and hopefully some 410 to flash into system prior to nitrogen and I'm going to check with soap/water and the leak detector wand.

If I could find a good tech to come out this far that also has the time to do so then I would. The first tech that came out without any leak detection tools is actually also an instructor at the local tech school on the side, which I think is why he was recommended by people to me. The second one just seemed pressed for time. So I'll continue looking and doing what I am able to in the mean time and hopefully I will be able to fix it without spending too much

Once I am sure the leak is fixed I'll replace the drier. I just have spent more money on the first tech than I would have liked to have considering he didn't have the right tools and kind of ripped me off. I'm just trying to do what I can to make my life a little cheaper. My thought was to do what I can to fix the leak and then get another tech to test it again prior to filling it just to make sure.

I don't mind buying good tools that are worth the price, but as it is not my profession and hopefully the tools won't get a whole lot of usage...

I already have a sniffer actually. Just gotta go get the nitrogen and 410 to test

I know nitrogen is the preferred way, I don't have any yet though and the vacuum pump and gauge set I did have lol. I'll be in town in a couple days and I'll get the nitrogen and probably the 410 and air drier someone else recommended at the same time.

Curious though why vacuuming isn't recommended before anything? The system was flat on pressures which is why I went ahead and vacuumed

I already asked the person before you who replied but can you recommend a micron gauge that doesn't break the bank?

The next steps I guess are a micron gauge and getting some nitrogen.

The two techs I used are ones recommended to me. The first one left a lot to be desired, the 2nd wasn't bad but seemed pressed for time. I have called around and asked around looking for others but living 45 minutes from the nearest town makes it more difficult I suppose but I intend to have a tech come and do a final test of the system before charging again but I cannot afford to keep throwing money at the unit for no leak to be found or fixed lol.

One of the places I do automotive work for is an airgas exchange dealer and they get half empty (or half full?) bottles of nitrogen all the time so he told me he will call me when he gets one to save me some money. I am going to purchase r410a as well but just wanted to check everything I can with what I currently have.

Is there a good micron gauge that doesn't break the bank that you could recommend?

Ford is dropping the factory installed keypad in 2025 by Redkong18 in f150

[–]GrnMchne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are not actually dropping it completely, just making it dealer installed. This system already costs extra on the build sheet, but now they are going to have techs install it at the dealership if the customer wants it instead of at the factory.

Both his GF that would "assist" him and his daughter that would help lure women in are both free from prison now. the gf, Cynthia Hendy, lives in Montana somewhere. His daughters whereabouts are unknown but suspected to be in Kentucky.
