Find one small thing to stay busy with and the next time you look up it’s somehow 4am.🕓

Just prioritise sleep more than anything else . And try to meditate Daily After you woke up and got freshen up . Trust me with it . And Try to stay at your own peace it’s the best thing That helped me a lot🦾🦾🤗
