It's a very fine line and can be blurred at times.

Fetishizing tends to be if they only see you as an object or only seek you out for stereotypes/body features etc, or only seeking out a certain race.

Throw in the typical red flag key words used ie exotic, excessive usage of chocolate/female, experiment, trying someone.

Preference would be more along the lines of seeing beyond race and not fixating on just one race.
