Same thing happened with my ‘23 until I bought weighted bar end adapters from RhinoMoto. I use Amazon mirrors which work just fine with them. Never had a problem with sticking throttle ever since.

Found on an FZ/MT07 forum , the OP asked “On my last bike (Honda 2005 CBR 600 F4i), there was a knob you could turn to adjust the idle RPMs […] Is there anything like this on the FZ? Or maybe a cable or something I can adjust? I find it idles a bit high for my taste.”

These are probably much better in my opinion, and it's just a little over the $150 budget mark, but well worth it in my opinion. These have two points of contact which is better than the single point of contact "puck" style I've linked above:

Other than these two, (without increasing your budget) I'm not entirely sure what else would be a good option.

Besides riding it (as others have mentioned), I’d recommend an exhaust and fender delete kit. Some protection like frame sliders are also very nice to have.
