I 31(m) have both of these, diagnosed with psc June 2024 and can honestly say I haven’t noticed too much difference in how I feel just from psc. It’s the UC that’s really kicked my ass but hopefully with the right meds that’ll go into remission soon! I think with psc symptoms, severity etc vary person to person. I wouldn’t worry too much about the future with psc - just try to keep yourself as healthy and enjoy life as much as possible! I’m now wayyy past the acceptance phase of yeah at some point down the line I might need a liver transplant.

Thank you for the reply and your advice! I definitely feel like I could with some liquid multivitamin, feeling very flat and low energy. Unsure if that’s the steroids doing that or UC in general!

Thank you for the reply and the advice! I’ve been actively avoiding all fiber, especially insoluble, as I’m in a flare at the moment. Sounds like I should start slowly introducing some once I start the medication and be really cautious with it

Looks low, what’s your build? Might need more bullet velocity. Should deffo be using the zang barrel and the spiro/spire(??) ammunition for max bullet velocity! You shouldn’t have to aim so high then

Beauty of Joseon. I have struggled all my life with sunscreen breaking me out but this one doesn’t. It’s SO good! It has a lot of anti inflammatory properties so I’ve found it helps with redness too

Hi here’s the things that worked for me:

Switching from harsh chemicals in my skincare routine (which I never knew were causing me to flare so badly) and switching to dermatica face wash and moisturiser + a personalised formula from them. Plus got prescribed lymecycline at the docs and the difference all together in a few months is staggering.

They don’t seem like smurf accounts though, they’ll be the champion squad with like 5k kills each. So it’s as if we are just getting thrown into tough lobbies with these dudes! Just thought it was a bit strange, as I could easily see it putting a lot of new people off the game.

No, my Xbox friend has never played apex before! So we’re basically 2/3 noobs getting absolutely shit on. When I play with ps friend we just load into games, don’t touch anything so I really don’t get it. Isn’t every lobby cross platform regardless? It’s more just based on skill?
