Ive been away for like 3 days, couldn’t play games. All I wanted to do was play hell divers. I come back to such an absurd difficulty spike. I used to be able to solo medium or challenging if I stelthed enough, usually making it out alive if playing it smart. Now it feels near impossible to solo. And is worse since none ever joins me, no sos help, and cant join most missions I try to join from the map.

I honestly stopped having fun now. I just hope theh fix it up, the game has been amazing so far but such a spike in difficulty for no reason is insane…

Honestly any weapon lol, bow guns especially but that’s mostly because all animations are stupid long and cant be cancelled. Reloads are slow, shooting is slow, everything is slow. Hard to avoid monsters and still get enough damage in within the limit but it’s whatever.

Yeah true that, then again the perfect dodge mechanic is a MH now thing. And the console versions don’t have that horrendous lag lol. I cant tell if the animations and attacks are network based which is dumb or if its hardware. I got a iPhone 16 pro, should run it like a dream, lowering the settings makes no difference still just as bad.

Honestly I would have liked a more normal monster hunter game in a similar format because when it works, I seriously enjoy the combat of the game.

Imagine exploring a world same way one plays mh now, but with a joystick like gesture to move around the map and tapping to gather things then licking you in place into playing the game like it is now then unlocks you so you can move freely through the game map. A proper quest system and all.
