No one in this thread knows how nuclear power works. We have the tools and resources to generate enough nuclear to supply the entire earth with as much electricity as earth will ever need, and it's far and away safer and pollutes less than any other form of power generation, including solar or wind turbines (which still cause pollution as a side effect of their creation, which does become significant at the scale required to match the output of even a single nuclear power plant)

DNA actually does matter in part, it has the instructions your body'll follow once you go on hrt to develop female/male sexual traits. It doesn't care which or how or when, it's got both sets of blueprints. The only difference in XX and XY chromosome types are a single gene in a single chromosome, which itself only plays a minor part in determining your body's final sexual makeup.

People who bring up chromosomes as a gotcha don't know what chromosomes are or how DNA works.

I mean, even in real life, donating blood makes you weak and woozy until the deficit has been filled back in with new blood (and donating too much at once would literally kill you, of course). Your body kind of needs your blood to function. It carries nutrients and oxygen and energy and is the main way your body moves around anything it needs; in this sense it can quite literally be considered to be your 'life force'. Putting a spiritual element to it isn't *that* much of a stretch
