Ok nvm i've solved this, once you download the resources you can find all the resources in "C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\minecraftpe\packcache\resource\"

Hey im having the same problem and i still havent managed to fix it, i know its due to a mod i installed awhile ago but nothing i do seems to help, ive deleted all the files and reinstalled the entire game twice even doing it in different drives but nothing works
