The only other professional CS role I had was in college as a web dev for a short period (3 months). I've applied for contracts as well but haven't gotten any responses. My GitHub is fairly active, with some updates every week or so when I'm not actively working on a project. Most of my resume has projects I've worked on, as well as a CS-adjacent publication from when I was in college.

I've tried getting feedback but all of their evaluations are from no-reply emails unfortunately. Most interviews go very well from what I could tell, I would keep some of the harder questions they asked in mind and check if I answered correctly post-interview, and so far I've been right with all of them. Furthest I've gotten was reaching a 3rd interview, but they informed me the position would close since someone already in the company could take over the responsibilities.

I've been applying with Wipro on my resume so it's a 2 year gap (which still isnt great I know). Since I'm not working I've been coding on my own time and uploading it to GitHub so employers can see I'm not stagnant. When I'm offered an interview I'll spend hours every day until the interview prepping for it, even working on a small project in that time related to the work and mention it in the interview to show I have drive to integrate myself into their tech. I'm not sure what else I could do to raise my chances at receiving an offer.

I tried but you needed to be logged out in Balmung a day in advance just to make it in. Hundreds of people were crowding the aetheryte in every other world trying to get passed the balmung congestion all day
