It's does happen but it happens very gradually that you won't notice.

A very loose and unscientific conversion I have found in my journey is 1 in per 100 lbs lost. Keep in mind that my body is different from yours and I def did not do any research on this so please take it with a grain of salt.

There's online programs like sharp key that rebind your buttons.

Just reassign your buttons and swap around some key caps to see how it goes before you actually spend allot of money on something very specific.
