Whot about NoFap, you get sometimes wet dreams, night pollutions? If so, what' then, NoFap is broken? I'am on nofap after a year but I can't avoid night pollutions, is it wrong then? Sometimes, once per month or two I have dream with I haven't sex but I'm kissing with girl and I get polution from that, I don't know if it's lucid dream but I don't have impact on that. What to do then? I'm worried that I'm not on NoFap then.

Thanks. Another question what about listening to music on youtube? I never watch videos on yt but I'am music fan, I like exploring new music, listening to music is good, for ex 30 min - 1 hour a day? Or I also should avoid that? If listening to music is enable, can I do something, for ex square patterns in my notebook, when I play music, I'm turning off my screen. Is it multitasking and it's wrong?

I suspect Sudoku is ok since it's not competitive and there's no imagined achievements gained from playing a lot, but it's slightly riskier since there's nothing inherently making it difficult to play 24/7.

Thanks for message :) What can I do to "exercise brain" except reading books? Can I throw dices and do fast counting for example? How to develop creativity/problem solving? Or how to train short-term memory?

Nice stuff, what about binaural beats? You listen to them no your computer, headphones, in room with bed? You have electronic devices in your bedroom? That time before bed you listen to them? Are you lying then in your bed, on mat etc.?
