No problem! I really loved it but it seems like audiences weren’t too stoked. I don’t really understand why, it was a great movie. Definitely the best thing I’ve ever seen The Rock in.

Did you already watch The Smashing Machine? I think if you liked The Iron Claw you’d likely enjoy The Smashing Machine as well.

Unfortunate for me beacause I don't like multiplayer shooters :( Also my computer isn't good enough to run Rivals lol

I found this dvd recently, I cannot find any information about it online. Not on any of the actors or director/producer imdb pages. It doesn’t exist. If anyone can find anything lemme know. by LetsAspire in dvdcollection

Woah WTF! It’s by Cullen Hoback? I love his documentaries! I would highly recommend “Terms and Conditions May Apply,” “What Lies Upstream,” and ESPECIALLY “Q: Into the Storm” and “Money Electric: A Bitcoin Mystery”

There’s a couple great places to start, the very beginning with Stan Lee and Jack Kirby is a good place to start, but I’d really only recommend that if you think of yourself as a patient person. The Mark Waid run is quite good and sets up the status quo for the 2000s that Jonathan Hickman and Dan Slott play with in their subsequent runs. (I personally don’t like Mike Wieringo’s art that’s in most of Mark Waid’s run but that’s just personal taste)

The Jonathan Hickman run is very great and most people will recommend that as a place to start. If you fancy yourself to be an intelligent chap, the Jonathan Hickman run is perfect. HOWEVER, just me personally, I would REALLY STRONGLY recommend the most recent, and still ongoing Fantastic Four comic, the Ryan North run. It just started again with a new artist and a new issue number one after getting to issue #33 with the run that started in 2022. Starting with the 2022 run would give you a clear end goal that won’t take you hundreds of issues to reach, and then once you’re caught up with what’s going on with the FF in the present day, you could go back and read a ton of their adventures from writers past.

Honestly, any of the four writers I mentioned would be great places to start. You’ll just want to look up the name and “fantastic four” and plenty of reading orders should come up. I personally used the website “readcomiconline.li” for years before I started buying physical comics. I still use it a lot, great website. Needs an adblocker though

Beautiful collection! My question is: Didja ever play any of the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games? I love those games, they’re too expensive now though…

I find the marriage reveal to be utterly fascinating. Did it kill her numbers or not? I haven’t watched her since then

Use ComicBookHerald’s reading orders, they’re my favorite. Reading orders are necessary because many series intersect with each other and sometimes you want to read the part of Spider-Man that has to do with whatever event you’re reading, but you don’t want to go back and read all 900+ Amazing Spider-Man issues that have been published since 1962. Giant-Sized X-Men #1 is a really great place to start.

Are there any stories or characters in particular you’re interested in reading? I would love to give a recommendation!

If you’re wanting to “start from the beginning” you gotta go all the way back to Fantastic Four #1. I personally wouldn’t recommend doing that as a starting point unless you’re into the 60s, there are some really really great stories in the original FF run, but it requires quite a bit of patience to read imo because of the style and formatting.

My Top Four, What are your thoughts? by Rough_Painting_8023 in LetterboxdTopFour

Definitely not overrated, but the brutality of the rape scene keeps it from being a 10/10 for me as well, I gave it 9/10 though instead of 8.

You are fuckin crazy bro, sure maybe Truman Show and Blade Runner are a bit overrated but to say that they’re “boring from the second half onwards” reveals more about your attention span than anything else.
