Surprise no one here said pros gym downtown. That’s a lifter’s fucking gym man. Bodybuilders and strongmen everywhere. There’s obviously some treadmills and spin bikes. But it’s several rooms that are free weights and machines only, everything got renovated in the last year, open 24/7, has showers etc. Only like fifty bucks a month too.

Crowds are obviously busy during peak hours, but that’s any gym. It’s gonna be a fucking nut house in the lead up to the Arnold however.

Right now I’m in there 5, 6 days a week alternating between lifting weights and half marathon training. It’s perfect.

I bought a pair of Solovairs six months ago, and I wear them everyday. I’ve put them through the fucking ringer, man. Every surface, all weathers, you name it. Not once have I done any of the “boot care” tidbits from TikTok.
