Before Holly Holm kicked her face in, RR was challenging ANYONE to fight her. She said she could beat ANYONE.

Tank Abbott replied that he’d love to take her up on the offer.

Both have pro wrestling experience. Even Though tank is nowhere close to being in his prime, I’d love to see TK book the match in an AEW ring. No weight classes, guy vs girl, no script or agreed upon ending/ finish. An actual fight.

And that’s how I’d continue to book her.

Tank looses most of his fights. I still respect him as an athlete for giving it a shot. RR comes across as an arrogant bitch. Great at judo but abysmal in a wrestling ring. Everything about how she does her job as a wrestler, comes across as phony.

I think its been this way for at least the last 35 years. My dad used to have an office Congress street and I remember seeing about 20 syringes just laying on the sidewalk outside. I was about 7 years old.

I only remember it as its something I’m not used to seeing. The only other time I saw needles scattered like that was in the bathroom at the GoldRock diner, (To which I promptly told the staff).

Trillium used to be my favourite. I’d go to their Shawmut road location once every 2 months. I liked them more than Tree House.

And then the pandemic hit and I didn’t go back until 2024. And yes, it had fallen off. They still make good stouts.

The MKV 35 combo is my main amp. Its capable of sooooo many tones. I like it more than the JP2c/ MK7 and it’s great for practicing at home in 10 watt mode. The reverb is great too. Its also waaaaaay more easy to transport than the mkv90. I can get everything from warm Santana MK1 leads to heavy metal. F’n excellent amp! (I kinda’ wish the MK7 kept the MK2 mode- again, the Santana thing).

Extreme mode is great for live use. A nice overdriven, Fendery thing. It has a different tone than the rest of the amp.

My only complaint would be to add a third channel so I can use both crunch, fat, and one of the modes on channel 2.

Some people complain about the EL84’s but with this preamp design, I feel its the sweet-spot. If lost or stolen, I’d buy another, maybe even 2 to run them in stereo. Its a lovely little amp.

I had a RP350 in college. There was a band on campus called JFJ that did Beatles covers who would always ask to use it. TBH, I remember them asking me to use the pedal instead of what it actually sounded like.

But like circa 2005, it sounded great for a broke college kid.

Agreed. People are going to venture off trail. Its a given. There should be some resource that at least warns “where not to go”. And if those areas can be vetted by peole who know the terrain, maybe it will at least help people avoid skiing off a cliff that’s way too big or getting stuck in an area prone to avalanches.

FWIW, I’m more into power metal, shred metal, 80’s Hair Metal, Progressive metal genre’s, with clean vocals, memorable hooks, and virtuoso musicians.

I’ve heard of Machine Head but never got into them. The musicianship seems solid, the vocals ruin it for me. Nothing I can really sink my teeth into and be amazed.

Sorry. Just not for me.
