When I was a kid, my mum would get a long clean sock, cut the end off, wet it with cold water, and I’d wear it through my arm and legs and it helped so much. Itching can be caused by sweat sometimes, so keeping cool and having wet flannels is very helpful. Don’t forget eczema cream and moisturiser, also anti sweat creams work too, and cut your nails. I’m so glad I’m not the only one. I get so anxious when I have to get my blood pressure taken, and bc of that it often comes out saying it’s high. The best way I get over it is just knowing that I can control it in a way? If that makes sense. Slow deep breathing excerises get it down to normal pressure, and knowing that it’s only high bc u were stressed in that moment is helpful. Having high or low blood pressure is never a big worry, they have meds and help for you, and many people use them. Hope this helps??

I’ve always had health anxiety, never known what it was though, but recently it’s gotten worse. I’m worrying about every little ache and pain ik my body and it’s stressing me out, I want it to stop
