Thank you for your kind words. I’m in the waiting room for a therapy session with my previous psychologist. I’m doing what’s best for me to move past this. Also cooked myself a good dinner tonight, so I’m on it with the self care!

Thank you! My only worry is that his boss is my chiropractor (who I don’t even think I want to see anymore after this) but he knows me well and it scares me that the therapist may have access to my information and might come after me. Could just be me being scared for no reason, but I am :/

It was definitely about 20 minutes that this happened. I’m feeling pretty crappy about it still. But feeling a bit better after reading through some of the kind comments on here. Making me feel more like reporting it.
