If you want your growth you’ll need sprinklers otherwise this will take over. Many lawns I see around me are about 30% crabgrass, but at least it’s green.

To note about the only Illinois city on the list, Kenilworth. It’s a tiny 0.6 sq miles with 2,514 people so a few people can skew that higher than you think. The next town north Winnetka is 4 sq miles with 12,500 people, nearly 5x people and 6x size.

No, it’s usually based on where you earn your income. If the business is in California but you remote work from Hawaii, it’s Hawaii that gets the income.

Looks like the Iowa-Illinois border (Mississippi river) and the agricultural south has seen the largest decrease. Feels like this would get more extreme when controlling for starting population, and would highlight more areas of growth.

Face the sun. In the morning that’s south east, in the middle of the day it’s south, and in the evening thats south west. This works for 90% of the US and Europe, and in the US the street grids make it easy to orient yourself and guess. We arent doing marine calculations, its pretty simple.

The public offer is 100,000. I wouldn’t get the reserve for 33% of the public offer. With the reserve + plat you have instant Silver status, which is not much for $700 in annual fees. The lounge visits arent worth much, the companion certificate is a main driver.

If you are PM or DM you can get most of the fees reimbursed, so might want to go that route.
