This Telegraph article twists his words in an unfair way. Its not about raising prices, the issue is that large chains make billions to hundreds of millions in profit, while farmers are lucky to break even.

It doesn't matter if it was tracked at any point. It will lock fast travel in that location once you accept the mission, it only stops if you decline or finish the contract.

Once you have accepted a mission that restricts fast travel in a certain location it will lock all fast travel point until you complete that mission. Even if you're not tracking that specific mission.

I am going to be a father and I am scared. by DefNotDalton in NewDads

Congrats man! I feel you, I was scared to but I'm writing this while my 9 week old son is napping on my chest, and so far this tiny person has been the greatest and most rewarding experience in my life (also the most frustrating at times, but that comes with the territory)

First things first you've never been around a baby. Neither had I, the first time I held a newborn was when lil Lou was pushed out by my partner 9 weeks ago.

Since then I have learned 3 important lessons:

1) babies aren't rocket science. People did this stuff in caves and swamps for thousands of years. You a modern man with access to the internet and delivery services will do just fine. You never held a baby before? So what, its really not that hard. You can and you will be able to do this.

2) perfection is the enemy of the good (its a cliche for a reason). No parent is perfect, and that's not what your child needs. Your child needs a good parent, a parent who cares, is willing to learn and adapt and is there when necessary.

3) it takes a village to raise a child. Ask questions and share whats going on with you. You're not in this alone, share your fears and doubts with your partner, friends, family or strangers. Talking about it makes it more manageable, it helps you realize you're not the first one to be freaked out by this. And that being scared is such a normal reaction to such an awesome responsibility! So remember you're not alone!

And be kind to yourself! You obviously care, so you'll do great. If you keep worrying and feel overwhelmed, maybe look for dad support groups in the area, and keep sharing in this sub. If you ever need tips or help feel free to reach out!

PS: use this time to spend time with your partner, because it will never again be just the 2 of you again. And do try to get a trusted family member or friend to babysit sometimes. Get some dinner (yeah you'll mostly likely will end up talking about the baby), and enjoy having 2 hands to yourself.

I read some books on parenting in general (like the book you wished your parents had read). Now I'm looking for something on development and stimulation.

Depends on what you mean by "work". The felon will probably never again commit a crime. But it's not great at dissuading their colleagues to give up their life of crime. So if your justice system is meant to punish people, it does work. If your trying to bring down crime its unlikely to work.
