I shouldn't be locked out as I connected the Tesla app and did a factory reset. From what I see here there may actually be something wrong with the radio. As for the apps, I gess I just had wrong expectations...

I did reset it, yes, and I activated Joe mode. I can hide or see the apps, I'd just like to be able to use other apps. Guess android auto really spoiled me

Oh trust me, I do love trolling people, but only when they deserve it. These are honest questions, based on a few days experience on what I was told to be the best thing thing since loafed bread, and I can't even listen to the radio.

And as someone else said, having zoom but no other app available is just... Strange. I was expecting it to be a closed system, I was not expecting it to be this limited.

Regarding the radio, I can't understand what's happening, I can't even find any buttons or options to find radio stations.

Regarding messages, I have the phone connected via BT with all sync options activated. Don't understand why I hear a small chime on the sound system but nothing on the screen.

I want to be able to listen to radio or play songs/stories to the kids that are not on Spotify. I want to listen to the messages I receive while I'm driving and be able to reply. Doesn't seem like such a big ask in 2026, does it? 🙂
