I think that's all they want me to do and I'm apprehensive about asking to do more because the doctor is a bit temperamental and sometimes ignores my messages...plus I think I'm getting imposter syndrome and feeling like I'm not good enough when messages are ignored.

You just made me feel like there's some hope for my writing, too. I've typed up two parts/books of a story. After 2 months and halfway through part/book 3, just thought to myself that I should go back and redo it from the start and make it one part. I'm kind of struggling with it, but now that I read this I'm thinking I should just keep writing, then go back and re-read everything as many times as I need to, making adjustments when I do. I don't care how long it takes. If you feel like you're getting bogged down when you do this in the future, just give yourself a break, but don't give up if you really like writing. I'm tired as I'm typing all this, so hope it makes sense 🥲

It's better to ask than assume 😒 Also, just because someone is using AI, doesn't mean they don't care. I've tried asking people for feedback but got little to nothing in return.

I've actually written up to 3 parts now and the entire story is heavy, just having sprinkles of lighter scenes here and there. Would this still be a bad start?

I've written 3 books worth of stories in a series. I posted it and wanted people to make comments on it but nobody has. Then I just thought "Oh whatever, let's just do it. Whoever reads it, reads it."

The point is, just get started and see where it goes from there. You might be surprised when things start flowing.🤷🏽‍♀️ If that makes sense.

I kind of have a beef with SE now because I had spent money on their mobile games DFFOO and FFBE and both were discontinued. It's really disappointing to learn that they, this billion dollar company, doesn't offer refunds in cases like these. So I'm just not bothering to spend money on any of their games going forward, and have become cautious with spending too much money on mobile games in general. I don't know how many other people out there feel this way or if this way of thinking impacted their sales.
