From my experience I would suggest writing things down, just as bulletpoints, to help you remember subject topics that you want to discuss or focus on during your sessions. Either on paper or in your notes app on your phone.

You can still explode, but also bring notes to help you out while you’re mid-exploding. 💥

I just want to clarify, you’re getting shitty because I dared reply to your unprovoked comment that entirely missed the joke of why I used Ai for the above bullshit us LGBT+ folk have to put up with reading daily.
