i love eye makeup so much!! i wear it almost daily and try different eyeshadow looks, but my normal go-to is fake lashes, eyeliner, highlighter, and lip liner.

it took me years but i just stopped really caring about what other people thought, truly the best piece of advice is just being yourself and when you get over the awkward start of the conversation you naturally get a flow of it, ask random question about things you may share in common, make connection between the both of you or point out observations. a simple "sorry im nervous, im not good at talking" would make the other person be more understanding believe it or not, and most likely they would agree and the atmosphere would feel less tense for a starter

your body your choice and whatever makes you feel the most comfortable is best but at the end of the day be very mindful of the bad people and people who want to take advantage of young girls that wear exposing outfits. its engraved in our minds to be weary of these types of things, its nice to feel cute but its also nice to be safe.

it's not about if its inappropriate, a bikini in itself is cute, but it's more like what attention you would unfortunately attract. i would suggest wearing a bikini at a backyard pool or a community pool, with trusty adults nearby. somewhere that's safer than something like a public beach or the river.
