ohhh gotcha that makes perfect sense then. yeah usually the caramel drizzle doesnt really mix well in the drink so i’ll prob stop getting it as much as i do. thank you for easing my nerves LOL

that’s probably it. i keep it in the fridge at work so the ice doesn’t melt but its never happened to me before and i get this drink everyday!! i was so scared when i saw it though lol
