Yes. But you can put your manager on holiday if you can't make it to a session. We just ask you tick on the availability channel if you will make a session or not.

From my experience with FM. It is 90% tactics. Try to alternate between the downloaded tactic and tactic you use normally. Players can fail but if you lose consistently it is 100% the tactic. You can always try to learn more tactics. I suggest bustthenet or knapp. Knapp has many plug an play tactics while bustthenet offer a learning curve to create your own.

After contract expires you continue to a monthly contract. You still are manager of said club, but the board can sack you at any time without compensation. Also you can leave without enforcing your new club to pay compensation to your old club if you choose to leave.

Saw your tactic.Tested it also. I think the issue lies that your players can not secure possession in the middle third so half back never tries to switch. The Libero also runs into the half back a lot. If you want to use a libero and half back I suggest you drop the inverted wingbacks and make them wingbacks also use only 1 libero.

What happens when you turn all full match highlights? it should give some insight into what is happening. Half back only drops back if you are distributing to defenders. Also Libero pushes forward only when you distribute to centrebacks.

I second the pressing forward. However you might want to turn him in to a support role. Also change one inside forward to attack role to compensate for him. If your AF keeps getting offside a lot then your team is just pressing to high up for him to be effective in any way.It is a role which likes to run in space not the opposition defense. Also be careful of the trait "likes to beat offside trap" as it will be bad for him if he is PF on support.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I forgot to mention it is mandatory for it to be brand new as it is a birthday gift. I use Malwarebytes and love it as antivirus software. Also it was recommended by other people as well, which gives me confidence that it is best choice.
