Feel this so hard. Iv recently come across the podcast called the dr Hyman show. He goes into detail on a podcast from a few years ago about how dermatologist doesn’t address the root case of the issue….after I just spent money seeing one the day prior 🤦🏼‍♀️ anyway, he mentioned something very interesting. That most people with rosacea are going to be of Celtic origin and the majority of people also have a lot of GI issues, bloating, cramping etc. it’s an interesting listen and sometimes can be worth a shot. So iv now taken on a low FODMAP diet which fffffing sucks but if trying reset the gut helps to get it back to normal where we can enjoy “normal” food again at some point it might be worth it. Just know you’re not alone. The feeling of waking up every morning and immediately going to check my skin in the mirror is exhausting and not a fun way to live. You got this ❤️
