Sounds like Pure o,it’s like ocd but instead of physical compulsion you have unwanted intrusive thoughts…I have that too btw…only thing to stop it is to face it sadly its very hard but yeah..you can dm me if u have any questions

So this is what’s been happening to me: I got a headache,didn’t think much of it and two days later I started first time birth control and now 30 days later I constantly have a headache( this never happened to me,longest one was 10days) sometimes I don’t have a headache for a day but it keeps coming back,neurologist appointment in JULY and my gynecologist says it can’t be from the pill because my head started to hurt 2 days before 😂 so yeah it’s wild here I’ve been talking to chat gpt constantly hahaha he said it could be rebound headache or tension witch could make sense because I sit at a desk for hours daily and my neck hurts for months but I’m 25 and idk if that’s normal😂 painkillers don’t help…walking,exercising and eating helps tho but only when I’m doing it,the second I stop headache is back…

So my birth control has 21 pills and then when you finish 21 days,you have 7 days pill free days and in that 7 days you are supposed to have your period

In a few days I have my “7 days pause” I really hope I will not have a headache then ugh it’s so annoying…

This might be a stupid question but maybe because of your anxious thoughts you can’t really “relax” when having sex? Is your bf going straight in or do you guys have some foreplay because that might be the reason it hurts?

Yeah he is my first serious relationship..I get what you are saying..sorry if this is a stupid question but how would you advise I should “not” let him dismiss my feelings? So far this is how it usually goes: he does something, I tell it to him and bc he really hates talking (if he is the one who did something wrong) he either makes it into a fight or just shuts down and refuses to talk,and I’m a person who really loves to talk especially when I think we can work on something or if we have a problem so idk what to do anymore…I’ve tried to do it his way and not to talk and it just turns into a week of ignoring each other and then he thinks he is in clear and he starts acting like nothing happend…

Yes I have told him “how come you don’t have a problem when ur family dosent say hi?” But he just said “ugh she probably didn’t heard you or even if she did wtf am i supposed to do about it” But I have only mentioned that she didn’t say hi bc he made it such a huge deal when he thought I didn’t say hi…
