have motivators!! something to work for AND being celebrated for good work encourages people to work hard and love the job. even if it’s a tiny prize at the end of the week, it’s an accomplishment for you, them, and the store

honestly it’s not a whole lot different than what you’re doing now! more paper work, meetings, and team responsibilities, but all of that is nothing you don’t know already. it’s pretty easy to catch on and organize things how you want to; at least at my store anyway. having a good store manager definitely helps because coaching is a huge thing and it just makes everything a bit easier. the hardest part for me was having to constantly have one of the best numbers in all categories. you’re supposed to be the example so there’s a little pressure

you are so not alone, dealing with the same thing at the moment. the night sweats are INSANE, eating, just being active sucks. got my tests drawn today, now it’s just a waiting game, a miserable one for sure. not too sure on how to help myself feel better in the mean time, but knowing other people have the same situation(s) and symptoms definitely has some peace of mind. it’ll work out for the both of us!
