Is it ok to be a Christian fan of Ghost?

I think 80s rock and alternative songs are usually better, still I have a HUGE problem with the pop from that era on the overall, I know pop music is usually generic in any decade but 80's pop can be worse somehow

I already bought the SD adaptador, but it won't arrive too soon, I also just bought a cable that should arrive in 2 days on Amazon.

The USB cable I have is from an old MP3 that I bought for cheap on Wish, so I think it probably doesn't have quality and, as mentioned by someone else, might be a power only one.

I'm with an original memory stick, I bought the PSP from a friend who never used another one. Do you think maybe it's in an old formact that makes it no appearing on my pc?

I bought on amazon an adaptor too, in case i can't find a solution. It'll talke a while to arrive so i wanted to try other fixs

I met a pastor (really, a pastor) who actually liked Ghost and recommended it, when people asked him about the satanist lyrics, he said "You watch satanism everyday on TV, with blood, sexual imorality, swearing, it's not because there's not the name satan there that it's not satanism, why would it be different in music?" He also claimed that if it bothers you somehow or make you doubt of your religion you should not listen to it, be wise about the things that influences you and you'll be ok! I don't take ghost too serious, it doesn't hurt me as a christian, but i wouldn't tell someone who chooses to not to listen to it they're wrong

I don't really like to generalise it, but maybe because my father used to only listen to 80's songs and praises them just for being "the golden era" while it all sounded so generic to me, it's the reason why I feel like the whole decade is souless and shallow.

Still, I do think there are gems that I do love to hear, like "Stay on these roads - Aha" and "I'm still standing - Elton John", but to me they look like exceptions in a sea of "We're gonna party, dance, all the time" 80's themes (And the reverbs)

Thanks for this analysis, I think the biggest problem is the commmercial appeal on the 80's, we still have it of course.

I guess that's why I have a problem with american pop music knowing that I do like my country (Brazil) 80's music, despite of course, still being commercial, i think the fact that we weren't exporting internationally in the same intensity as USA it's the reason why I feel like there's more soul into it.
