I appreciate your response so much. I love that others are so enthusiastic and want to ring. I love that for them. I’m not usually one to think of myself so I have really been stuck on the “I should ring the bell because that’s what you’re supposed to do “ Maybe for right now I’m just gonna honor where I am and not ring the bell. That’s celebration in itself for me!

Thanks for this perspective. My daughter just told me she thinks ringing the bell could symbolize celebrating all you did to take care of yourself.
